City & Suburban

These late 19th century fresh air tenements at 78/79 survived into our 21st century. They are pretty much intact thanks to their landmark status. For me they are my “suburban home” in the big city.

This is the “other” City and Suburban location.
I am not sure of their landmark status.
Renovation some 6 years ago may have improved the conditions @ 64th & 1st.
