No question it’s still an excellent cup of specialty joe. But. The service in a heavy tumbler gives it an edge over any other coffee of this class.

Tozzo is tucked in next to Caleixco, the Mexican grill and bar on 78th and Second. It’s a small scale place with a large personality.

I suspected that a take-out carton of the latte would not be as superlative as the glass tumbler had proven. I was right.

Enjoy the simple latte I prefer or grab one with a colorful bottom.

They offer a flavored version with pistachio or hazelnut or white coffee decorating the first third of your glass.

It’s very elegant.
