Cherokee Place (part 2)

“Fresh air tenements” were one of the solutions do-gooders established for working class poor who suffered from T.B.

One such complex was at Cherokee Place. The compound sprawls over one half a full block, with entryways and byways leading to apartments which have lots of breathing room.
