Are you a leader or a follower?
This space ran out of space when I posted one too many pictorials.

So, now come, follow me to Walk with Me, Too.

What is your career plan?
Even when I had a career, I had no career plan. All based on serendipity.
My plan now, as then, is to wander.

What do you do to be involved in the community?
Community usually has a very local definition.
In fact, we are global critters, so our involvement might be narrow, or it might extend more broadly.
I offer this only as an explanation of what is possible. It is also possible to participate in a community of the like- minded.
Interests in knitting or cards or a book club could pass for community.
My participation in community is pretty limited. When I walk my neighborhood, I post pictorials to highlight some of its splendors. I then invite my readers to “Walk with me.“
Elsewhere, I opine on the states of our world. It might be a concern about the climate or the proliferation of guns. I post political views as well, as I am worried that our democracy is fragmenting.
Elsewhere still, I try to look at the bright side and refer you to “All The Best” and smile. And sometimes, I am the voice of cynicism.
And just about everywhere, I seek out New York City’s best coffee.
In support of my community, I am always walking the coffee trail!

The noise is horrific here. Insistent. Rhythmic. It’s commensurate with a major building project.

This photo belongs as a graphic representing the Works Projects Administration. It has the musculature of those heady, hopeful days.
